Coaching now happens primarily through Steven's in-person classes — a Friday–Saturday course held in small groups, with real conversations, real questions, and time to work through your actual rental portfolio.
Every participant gets two complimentary hours of 1:1 coaching with Steven, an invitation to the private alumni Facebook group, and discounted consulting rates going forward.
